These guidelines are designed to protect both you, our valued customer, and Indigenous Mex. By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to adhere to these terms.
Payments/Pricing
All pricing is subject to change at ay time and becomes affective immediately upon posting to this site. NO PROJECT WILL BE CREATED UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL HAS BEEN MADE OR CLEARED!! Alternative payment can be made directly to us through Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, Square. We take credit/debit cards and we can take care of the details on line for you, just send us a message. If you prefer to pay online yourself, follow the directions in your shopping basket.
Important information for our customers
These terms and conditions are in place to ensure a fair and transparent experience for everyone. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or contacting us for any project. Your agreement to these terms is implied upon purchasing from our site.
Custom design vision
Having a vision of a custom design of what you want is essential. Before sharing any graphics or photos, make sure they are not pixelated or blurry. Please refrain from sending low-quality images, as this will affect the outcome of your custom product. Any photos must be of good quality, clear, and have no cut off.
Refunds and cancelations
All sales are final. There are no refunds! The only reason there would be a refund is for a personal reason on our part or if we are unable to fulfill the order. Regarding drafts, we can use our vision to draft a graphic or image for your item; however, keep in mind that our vision may differ from yours. Therefore, we advise you to be positive about what you want, or give us free rein to create your project for you.
Data protection and revisions
Our website is fully encrypted, and no information is shared. Any drafts or personal photos used to create your project are not shared and are permanently removed from our files once the order is complete. There is a limit of three (3) revisions to your photos or graphics. If you find you are still not sure what you want after the 3rd revision, a $10.00 fee will be applied thereafter. Customers, please be absolutely positive in what you want us to create for you or what you give us to create.
